Upon receiving the order, Clients have a 30-day period to return their item(s) – in the event they find defects or other irregularities in relation to the products ordered, or just if they change their mind, with no need to provide a reason.

After receiving the item at our facilities, we will handle it within an average period of 2 working days. If the return is accepted, the sum will be reimbursed to you using the same payment method.
