Upon receiving the order, Clients have a 30-day period to return their item(s) – in the event they find defects or other irregularities in relation to the products ordered, or just if they change their mind, with no need to provide a reason.

STIVALI | Vieira & Frank Lda. has the right not to accept the return if the items returned are not in their original condition and packaging, or have been used. Once the return has been received at our premises, we will process it within an average of 2 working days. If the return is confirmed, the value of the item (excluding postage) will be refunded to you using the same payment method, except in the case of payment by ATM. In this case, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer.
