The prices displayed on STIVALI.pt include VAT. The total price specified in the final checkout menu includes taxes and shipping costs.
At STIVALI.pt, the following payment methods are accepted (through Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento, Lda.):
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
- ATM reference;
- MBWay
In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made on the User’s card immediately after shipment confirmation. If some purchased products are sold out, the User’s card will be credited with the corresponding amount after the order is closed.
In the case of payment by ATM reference, the purchased item will be held for 3 working days (from order date). In the case of non-payment the order will be cancelled.
In the case of payment by MBWay, you must confirm payment within 4 minutes. After this time limit, the order will expire and the purchase cancelled. It will be necessary to repeat the purchase process to receive a new notification.
